Overview

Our clients, based in Dublin 7, provide Electronic Repair & Equipment Refurbishment Services to high value Electronic Equipment for clients across a number of different Industries. They currently require an additional suitably qualified person to act as a prime point of contact for customers who have IT Equipment and Data Recovery Service needs.

The Role

  • Take the job brief from the customer and input succinctly into the tracking system
  • Communicate and clarify points between the customer and technical team
  • Agree pricing and terms with the customer
  • Liaise with others to expedite items with suppliers, couriers, other staff and customers
  • Verify and test that the work is completed as required and agreed
  • Arrange any necessary logistics for return of repaired product
  • Handle the payment transaction and process on system
  • Prepare customer reports and other relevant documentation as required

Accurately update the in-house tracking system in real time
Carry out other administration/business housekeeping work as required

The Person

  • 2+ years’ experience working on a front desk in a technical services/IT environment
  • Have strong communication skills and fluent written and oral English
  • Have excellent administration skills and MS office knowledge
  • Be capable of working on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Be commercially aware and competent
  • Be flexible and capable of adapting/learning quickly new technologies

Salary €25k – €30k doe
