Sales Administrator (11395)

Our client is a leading distributor of sanitary equipment throughout Ireland with products including brassware, baths, shower/wet rooms and currently requires an experienced sales administrator to support their sales team.

The Role:

  • Assist with administration associated with sales including all paper work before and after such as: order processing, quotations and invoicing
  • Credit control and ensuring on-time payments
  • Support external Sales staff
  • Liaise with production and despatch – arranging logistics where required
  • Assist in the preparation and issuing of company reports
  • Design and assist in preparing of technical literature e.g. company brochures, samples etc.

The Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi task with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively on own initiative.
  • Experienced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
