Sales Administrator (11395)
Our client is a leading distributor of sanitary equipment throughout Ireland with products including brassware, baths, shower/wet rooms and currently requires an experienced sales administrator to support their sales team.
The Role:
- Assist with administration associated with sales including all paper work before and after such as: order processing, quotations and invoicing
- Credit control and ensuring on-time payments
- Support external Sales staff
- Liaise with production and despatch – arranging logistics where required
- Assist in the preparation and issuing of company reports
- Design and assist in preparing of technical literature e.g. company brochures, samples etc.
The Candidate:
- 2+ years’ relevant experience
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to multi task with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively on own initiative.
- Experienced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
Salary €35k+ doe
