Receptionist Administrator (54983)

Our clients, provide independent financial planning including Pensions, Investments, Life assurance and Mortgages. They currently require an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their team and provide front of house services.

Working in a varied, enthusiastic and friendly office environment, the ideal candidate will be outgoing, well presented, self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative with little supervision.

The role is to support the administration needs of the company by assisting in preparation of reports, letters, emails and general office communications.

Duties include:

• Greeting visitors to the company

• Answering phones with a prompt & professional manner (Transferring calls, taking messages etc.)

• Maintaining & Updating Finance spreadsheets

• Assist the Finance Department (raising quotations, invoices + Purchase Orders)

• Produce a variety of documents (scanning, photocopying, binding & faxing)

• Front of house reception and Visitor catering

The Candidate:

• Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in similar role essential

• Working Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent Time Management + Organisational skills
