Receptionist/Administrator (2851)

Our client, with offices in Dublin City Centre, requires an experienced Receptionist to manage their front of house responsibilities.

The Role:

  • Meet/Greet clients and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls/queries, take accurate messages or redirect calls as necessary
  • Manage stationary/office supplies inventory/distribution
  • Manage the record keeping/filing of documentation
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Provide administration support to other departments as required
  • Facilities/Maintenance Support

The Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good PC skills and strong MS Office suite skills, particularly Excel
  • Fluent English
