Receptionist/Administrator (2851)
Our client, with offices in Dublin West, requires an experienced Receptionist to manage their front of house responsibilities.
The Role:
- Meet/Greet clients and visitors
- Handle incoming calls/queries, take accurate messages or redirect calls as necessary
- Manage stationary/office supplies inventory/distribution
- Manage the record keeping/filing of documentation
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Provide administration support to other departments as required
- Facilities/Maintenance Support
The Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Good PC skills and strong MS Office suite skills, particularly Excel
- Fluent English
