Quantity Surveyor – Building Services (3634)

Our clients install, commission, service and maintain mechanical and electrical services on commercial and industrial projects. They currently require a senior quantity surveyor/estimator for their North Dublin Offices.

The role is to prepare/furnish up to date Costs/Estimates, issue monthly valuations, report all variations and liaise with clients as necessary.

The Candidate:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Studies
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience in cost management/estimating
  • Proven ability to deliver detailed estimates, BOQ’s, tenders and contracts administration.
  • Proven AutoCAD and MS Office skills
