Project Manager – Building Services/Mechanical (12327)

 

Our client is a market leading Air Conditioning Company providing products to the Electrical and Mechanical Industry throughout Ireland and they currently require an experienced Project Manager to join their Dublin Office.

 

You will be responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

 

The Role:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict/Manage resources
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Manage contracts with vendors
  • Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance
  • standards, and specifications.
  • Preparing technical submittals and following detailed project approval processes.
  • HVAC design work including drawing updates and modifications.

 

The Candidate:

  • Third Level Engineering Qualification.
  • 5+ years of project management and related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Auto Cad skills

 

Salary €90k+ package doe
