Our client is one of Ireland’s leading manufacturer and supplier of architectural glazing systems. They currently require an experienced PA/Secretary to join their team.
With this role you must be able to deal with elements of marketing and HR plus the usual travel etc. for executives and providing administrative support such as typing.
- Administrative support to the Managing Director and Senior Management;
- Diary management and calendar entries;
- Organise client meetings and corporate entertainment;
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings and minute-taking;
- Collation of information and data from various business units;
- Organise travel and accommodation and other events as required;
- Take on other such duties as the Directors may require from time to time.
- 5+ year’s relevant experience;
- Secretarial or business administration qualification;
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
- Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office applications;
- Ability to apply discretion and confidentiality at all times;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
