Overview

Our client is a is a Civil & Mechanical Engineering Company and fulfill projects throughout the country. They currently require an experienced Administrator with strong excel skills for their head offices in North West Dublin.

The Role:

  • Provide support to the Operations/Field based teams
  • Creating bespoke reports with Excel and internal system
  • Data Entry/Update databases and spread sheets with key information
  • Handle inquires from both internal and external parties.

The Candidate:

  • 5 years’ relevant experience
  • MS Office skills including Excel
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interface with Operational Teams.
  • Problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
