Overview
Our client is a is a Civil & Mechanical Engineering Company and fulfill projects throughout the country. They currently require an experienced Administrator with strong excel skills for their head offices in North West Dublin.
The Role:
- Provide support to the Operations/Field based teams
- Creating bespoke reports with Excel and internal system
- Data Entry/Update databases and spread sheets with key information
- Handle inquires from both internal and external parties.
The Candidate:
- 5 years’ relevant experience
- MS Office skills including Excel
- Good communication skills and the ability to interface with Operational Teams.
- Problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
