Our client is a leading Consulting Engineering Practice and currently requires an experienced Office Administrator to join their small team in Dublin City Centre.
They are looking for somebody who can assist in the daily planning, running and organising of the office, including the following;

  • diary management and scheduling of meetings;
  • drafting and processing invoices;
  • providing administrative support to the senior technical staff;
  • handling credit control, accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining ledgers;
  • regular follow-up of outstanding debts.

The Candidate:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • proven organisational skills
  • high degree of attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills.

Salary €35k+ doe
