HR Generalist – Dublin West (7758)

 

Our Clients, based in Dublin West, are a leading Building Management Systems supplier and installer of control equipment. They currently require an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in Dublin West.

The Role:

  • Support recruitment and retention initiatives as required.
  • Provide first point of support, information and advice to Operational Management.
  • Management and coordination of Induction Process.
  • Assist with training and development projects.
  • Schedule and provide support for probationary and performance management.
  • Support the delivery of HR projects as required.
  • Review/update policies/procedures in line with business and legislative developments.
  • General administrative support including the maintenance of HR files

The Candidate:

  • Third Level Business Studies Honours Degree or equivalent HR qualification.
  • CIPD Accredited
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong Organisational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently without direct supervision – planning, organising, and prioritising own daily work routine to meet deadlines.
