Estimator – HVAC/ Building Management Systems (44261)

 

Our client, based in Dublin West, are a leading installer and service provider of Building Management Systems. They currently require an experienced Estimator to join their Dublin Offices.

 

The Role:

Delivering proposals according to proposed timescales and budgets.

Translating job briefs into detailed proposals to meet set quality standards.

Handover to the design team following receipt of the customer order.

Planning and executing all the tender bids.

 

The Candidate:

2+ years’ experience in the design and operation of HVAC plant control

Excellent current knowledge of Building Management Systems standards

Good working knowledge of building services

Site experience

Quantity Surveying skills

Commercial acumen

Strong problem-solving ability

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Project Management skills

 

Salary €50k+ doe
