Overview

Our client is a well-established Property Development/Engineering Company based in Dublin City Centre and currently requires an experienced Architectural Technician to work on a variety of large prestigious projects including commercial, industrial and leisure.
The role is to prepare planning applications, tender and construction drawings and you will be responsible for running jobs, preparing drawing packages and take projects to site.

The Candidate:

  • Architectural Technician/Technology Qualification
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience
  • Proven AutoCAD skills
  • Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
