Administrator with QFA qualification – North Dublin (54983)
Our clients, based in Dublin North, provide independent financial planning including Pensions, Investments, Life assurance and Mortgages. They currently require an administrator ideally with insurance, banking or financial services experience to join their team.
You will be responsible for the timely processing of client documentation and liaising with Life Offices and other financial institutions.
The Role:
Focusing on client portfolios, ensuring efficient service and accurate record keeping
Delivering reports on scheme records and files
Dealing with client financial planning related queries
Managing new business administration
Preparation of client communications
Adhering to company deadlines and reporting into line manager
The Candidate:
QFA qualified, or in the process of attaining an equal qualification
Minimum 2 years Administration experience
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Salary €40k+ doe
