Accounts / Office Manager (52544)

Our clients based in Dublin West currently require an experienced Accounts/Office Manager to provide Accounts and Office Administration support to their Operations Team.

The Role:

·        Prepare the monthly accounts to Trial Balance level

·        Provide feedback and analysis to Management through ad hoc reporting and data analysis

·        Implement new processes and procedures that relate to the Administration of the business

·        Handle queries and resolving issues with customers

·        Provide General Office Management support to the Team


The Candidate:

·        3+ years relevant experience

·        Qualified Accounting Technician

·        Experience working with SAGE

·        Good planning and organisation skills

·        Excellent attention to detail and strong customer services skills

·        Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel
