Account Manager (4766)

 

Our client provides audio visual equipment hire and technical support to live events and conferences. They currently require an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships with existing and new customers.

The role is to work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience through every phase of event planning.

 

The Role:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, production and operations teams, in order to maximize customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Prepare and deliver customer proposals, quotations, and presentations.

 

The Candidate:

  • 3rd Level Qualification in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3 years Account Management or Sales experience in a relevant industry
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

 

Salary: €40k doe
