Taking Care of Business Ireland Limited – TCB Ireland – have been servicing our clients recruitment needs since 1999. Established by Paul Kiberd and Mike Campbell, we specialise in permanent placements with SME’s in the main. In fact, many of our clients are owner operated businesses just like TCB.

Our aim is to get the hiring manager to a successful placement with the minimum effort on their part. We strive to get a full understanding of each role we are trying to fill and, over time, an appreciation of the culture of our clients’ businesses. This allows us to ensure we only present suitably qualified candidates who possess the capacity, skills and desire to work for the client.

In addition, we provide a fortnightly update with details of candidates who are currently active in the job market.     

We work on a contingency basis with a charge only applying in the event our candidate commences employment. Our fee is set at 12.5% of the annual salary package. It is lower than the industry norm and each placement is guaranteed for six months from the candidate’s start date.
